VillageDrapes.com (VWI, Inc.) fully guarantees all of our products to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 30 days from the time an item is received. Items may be returned for repair, exchange, or refund at our discretion.
What is not covered:
Any marks in the material that are considered natural to the material are not flaws.
SILK: Silks are natural fibers and contain some irregularities. These irregularities are what give the silks their natural beauty and elegance. Any flaws not natural to the material (rips, holes, etc.) are completely covered under our guarantee.
LINEN: Linens are susceptible to wrinkling and some ironing may be necessary to remove creases. We will not accept returns for damage caused from pressing, steaming, or ironing.
Cleaning: We will not be held responsible for any damage caused by cleaning - be it spot cleaning, washing, hand washing, dry cleaning, or other method. See our Care Guide for tips.
Measuring: The Client is responsible for providing complete and accurate measurements. Our Measuring Guide is a great place to start, or feel free to Contact Us.
Color match: Is guaranteed only to cut samples sent from VillageDrapes.com with the understanding that minor variation of shade or tone may occur. If we receive material that is significantly different in appearance from a sample that was sent to you, we will send a new cutting for approval. All of our materials are available as free cut samples. See our Sample Request Page.
All returns covered under our 30-day return period are subject to the following:
- All returns must be previously arranged with Village Workroom Contact Us to arrange a return.
- All items must be returned in original, like-new condition and unaltered or damaged in any way.
- All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
- All return shipping fees are NONREFUNDABLE in all cases.
Unauthorized Returns:
Shipments that are refused, returned without prior arrangement, or that are returned with an invalid address, are subject to a restocking fee of 10% plus applicable shipping and handling fees.
Shipping Guarantees:
Shipping guarantees are subject to the same terms and conditions as specified by the shipping agent used for your order. Refunds for missed delivery guarantees are available only if Village Workroom is entitled to a refund as specified in the terms and conditions of the shipping agent.
SALES POLICY AGREEMENT:
By placing an order from VillageDrapes.com (VWI, Inc.) a customer has agreed to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website. By placing an order at VillageDrapes.com (VWI, Inc.) a customer has agreed to the total dollar amount of the sale, and authorized VillageDrapes.com to collect payment via the payment method the customer specified. We reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
